Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too!

There are a few diet friendly desserts! These were not very sweet, but I don't like sweets all that much. You could tinker with the recipe.

DELIC. I will make these often I am sure!

My little vegan dessert bars are tasty. 4 carbs for the batch. I used natural peanut butter instead of almond, and sprinkled a packet of stevia on top,well about half of one.

Next time I will add about a dozen dark choc chips. Nom.

"You'll need:
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp creamy almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork, you'll need it to mash up the coconut oil if it's at room temperature, I prefer not to warm it up for thicker consistency.
Put the mixture in a small, deep dish lined with parchment paper. Set in freezer to set up for 10-15 minutes, remove and cut into squares pieces. "
